Can players see personal details of other players?

No - 40LOVE is a GDPR compliant app where security and personal information is hidden from all club players. The only person able to see anyone’s personal details is the club manager.

How easy is it to search and market to all your club players?

You can search and mass email to everyone of your players. You can find and filter players by skill level, active status, non active status, those in a box league, those not playing in any leagues - anything and anyone.

How customisable are your leagues?

All leagues, ladders, socials and championships are totally flexible. The format - FAST4, Standard6, Tiebreak10s; Type - Singles, Doubles; Gender - Men’s, women’s, Vets, juniors etc; Sets - 0 (tiebreak only), 1, 2 or 3 - with any number of tiebreaks added including a customisable championship tiebreak; Sport - tennis, Padel, PickleBall; Penalties - ladder rules for challenges, wildcards, no of dropped or promoted positions.

Is 40LOVE available in multiple languages?

Not at the moment. There are plans to expand into Spanish, Italian and French but not in the immediate future.

Is there a charge for players using the mobile app?

No, the mobile app is completely free to all users.

Is it possible to set up a Box League, a ladder and a club championship at the same time?

Absolutely - You can create as many tournaments as you like including box leagues, socials, ladders, club championships and teams.

Managing box leagues are extremely time consuming, is there anything you do to make that job easier?

That’s our strength. Almost everything in the box leagues are automated - welcome registrations, start date announcements, 2 week to end warning, 1 week to end warning, penalty warnings to name a few.

Does the app work on Androids and iPhones?

Yes - Android and iPhone for the mobile app and Apple Mac and Windows for the Administrators.

Do you have to use WhatsApp or SMS to message other player about booking matches?

You can if you want, but because we do not hand out player’s personal details we have an In App Messaging App which you can download from the App Stores to arrange matches.

When uploading scores after a match, do both players need to upload scores or is it only the winner?

Both players need to upload the scores and if there is a match it will go through. However if the 2nd player doesn’t upload the score within 24 hours, the 1st score uploaded will be taken as the result.
