Brand ambassador (US)

As a Brand Ambassador for 40LOVE, you will be an essential part of our marketing team, responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving user engagement. You will leverage your love for racket sports and your excellent communication skills to create a buzz around 40 Love within the community.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about tennis, pickleball and/ or padel, and loves to share their enthusiasm with others.

• Promote the 40LOVE app: Actively promote 40LOVE through various channels such as social media, tennis forums, local tennis clubs, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content related to the racket sports you love. Get creative - from blogs, to photography and video.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with tennis influencers, coaches, players, and tennis-related organisations to expand our user base.
• User Feedback: Gather user feedback and suggestions to help improve the app's features and usability, and communicate these insights to the development team.
• Events and Tournaments: Attend tennis events, tournaments, and exhibitions to represent the brand and conduct promotional activities.
• User Support: Assist users with any questions or issues they may have while using the app, providing excellent customer support.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on your promotional activities and their impact on app downloads, user engagement, and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• A strong passion for tennis and a good understanding of the tennis community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active presence on social media platforms.
• Creative mindset and the ability to create engaging content.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to attend tennis-related events and engage with the community.
• Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role is a plus.
